1. Scope of this refund policy

This refund policy applies to:

• ByYourSite BV, which provides the recruitment platform used by End Users.
• Source International BV, which supports the development and maintenance of the recruitment platform.
• BYS Hosting BV, which is responsible for hosting the recruitment platform and ensuring its availability.

ByYourSite BV, Source International BV, and BYS Hosting BV will be referred to hereafter as “the Companies.”

2. Policy

As stated in our terms and condictions, all purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds for any completed transactions.

However, in the event of technical issues that prevent proper use of the service, you may be eligible to have your credits refund. To request a refund under these circumstances, please contact our technical support team with details of the issue and your account information.

If you believe you have been charged without authorization, please contact support immediately so we can investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
